Dr Amy Stanway
Dermatologist • MBChB FRACP
Dr Stanway is a trained physician, and a qualified medical and surgical dermatologist.
Highly trained and qualified, with more than 20 years’ experience in medicine, ...Dr Stanway is a Fellow of the New Zealand Dermatological Society, the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, the New Zealand Cosmetic Dermatology Surgical Group and the New Zealand branch of the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatology. She is regularly asked to review articles for international journals and speak at conferences, and has been asked to write a chapter for a leading international textbook on Dermatology.
Dr Stanway is passionate about dermatology, and the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, with a particular interest in skin cancer, acne and rashes. After working overseas, Dr Stanway made Tauranga her home with her husband and three children. They have embraced the fantastic lifestyle that the Bay of Plenty offers, and she loves sport, gardening, food and crafts.

Our friendly and helpful receptionist, Pip brings with her many years of experience in healthcare clinics. She knows everything from handling your booking through to insurance claims and medical documents. ...
Outside of work, her friends and family are an important focus. She has also recently taken up motorbike riding, fishing and caravanning. Pip loves helping people and goes the extra mile for you. She is thrilled to be part of our team.
Rachael Finlayson

Rachael has had a long career in the Beauty Therapy industry starting in Auckland where she worked and owned a busy Clinic. In 2001 after selling up and moving to the Gold Coast, Rachael worked in a Health Retreat and Day Spa for 5 years.... After her first daughter was born she and her Husband moved to Tauranga where her second daughter followed soon after. Rachael bought a small Beauty Therapy Business in Bureta and has been working in it for the past 13 years.
Outside of work Rachael is a busy Mum to her two sporty girls, in rowing and hockey. She loves playing tennis and walking and enjoying family time on the Coromandel.
Rachael is looking forward to this change in her life and being part of the wonderful team at Bethlehem Skin Clinic.
