Closed Friday 5th of March – Receptionist Training

 

We were closed Friday 5th of March because our two receptions were on the KiwiHost excellent service course. The course covered:

  • Customer needs & expectations
  • Building customer relationships: trust, rapport & loyalty
  • Communicate professionally: face to face, over the phone, by email & messaging
  • Customer service essentials: first impressions, your attitude & body language
  • Email effectively: subjects, tone & proofreading
  • Telephone techniques: greetings, tone, and non-verbal communication

The girls had a great day and said the course was very beneficial.
