Hello All
Due the recent increased alert regarding COVID in the community we have put in additional precautions regarding appointments. As an essential service we will be able to continue to offer appointments for essential medical appointments. This includes those with ongoing medical conditions that require assessment or follow-up but screening appointments (if you have no current concern) should be rescheduled. Some appointments will be able to be done remotely (by telephone). All patients who have appointments and need to be seen will be seen at the clinic with additional protection measures in place for staff and patients. Please expect the following when you come to an appointment:
All patients will need to wait in the carpark until they are called into the building for their appointment.
All patients will need to wear a mask in the building.
You will be asked to fill out a screening questionnaire and have your temperature taken.
Only the person with an appointment will be able to enter the building (exceptions for dependent children or adults requiring an appointment).
No patients who have been overseas or in close contact with someone who has been overseas or at risk of COVID in the past 3 weeks before their appointment will be seen in the building. Please let reception know if this is the case and they will reschedule your appointment or arrange a drive through consult.
